A beautiful property.Comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was delicious.Loved our stay and the hospitality of the staff- warm and cordial. A special mention to entire team here for helping us out,taking the effort of sending my documents the very same day by hand, 3 hrs away from Pondicherry.Such a great gesture - shows their integrity and commitment to go to any lengths to make their guests comfortable.Throughly impressed. We stayed at Radisson Pondicherry Bay for 2 nights in November, and have to say we had a nice and quiet time. We had booked the lagoon facing chalet on the upper floor, so we got a good view of the lagoon, distant boats and the lawn. The room was huge and comfortable. That goes with the sleek bathroom as well. But the balcony was the biggest surprise, spacious with a centre table, drying stand and sofas. There was a tab to control all switches. The resort is well kept with trees, flowers, gardens and a pet playground. The pool is normal sized, and there are 2 restaurants serving delicious food. There's a path to the sea from the resort, Eden beach to be precise. It's just a 2min walk and Eden beach is clean and beautiful. We visited early to watch the sunrise. The resort is located in the south of Pondicherry, its like 8km from White Town. But staying in the Town side could be crowded, Radisson Pondicherry Bay is located far away from the hustle bustle of the town. All very well, our stay was indeed relaxed and comfy. Would love to visit again.

Perfect food with perfect weather!This Amazing hotel has left the best impressions! Everything was just so special .Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide non veg list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

It’s been a month since my short stay in the resort , yet the memories remain fresh. A wonderful ,calm and serene environment which has been maintained beautifully. The private villa in which stayed had everything I could ask for ! Very neatly maintained . It catered to your every mood. The kids play area is a very nice addition which helped keep the kids engaged! The spa is very neat and professional. The variety of food offered is just spectacular. A special mention to the guest relation executive Vishnu and chef Vasu for their politeness. A very good experience !

Awesome place. It's the best stay for relaxation, chilling and creating memories. Rooms are really good, staff and all other amenities, access to the beach is great 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
