I stayed there for about a week in April last year. 1. Food was good and the people at the front desk/restaurant were very good. 2. But, the rooms are very very bad. I changed 4 rooms in a week. Bathrooms have rusted steel holding the sink. Visible mold in several places. Cockroaches in the bathroom and they enjoy the bed and the room as well. Molds can cause cancer and a serious issue. 3. I chose this because I had high regards for Kerala and Kerala Govt. But, the maintenance of this hotel is a big ?

My husband and I stayed at Raindrops for two days. It was such a lovely experience. The food was delicious and the hospitality was extraordinary. Anu and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay there was comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home and that too at affordable prices!

I stayed in the hotel with family on 29th November 2023. I really enjoyed the stay as I could feel at home with the courteous staff…. The food was excellent (I only tried vegetarian…All the staff were very polite and well behaved under the leadership of Mr. Abhilash… The rooms need renovation and hope KTDC will undertake that soon to compliment the efforts of the staff of Raindrop…

The main thing that i love in this place is space. This hotel is very specious and well featured. The breakfast is superb. Dishes they serve is mainly Keralian but you will get some north indian dishes like puri, sabiljo and omlet. The distance from Apollo main hosiptal is 2 minutes in walking. One suggestion, the maintainance is very poor. Featured are not maintained properly. Please enjoy your stay. Thanks.

We had the opportunity to stay in 2 rooms in this hotel at the end of 2022. In one of the rooms' bathroom, water was not draining properly. They did not clean the toilets properly, at least not to our full satisfaction. They serve complementary buffet breakfast in their restaurant for their guests-this is a basic vegeterian breakfast which is ok considering the fares they charge for the rooms. Their room service is excellent except the pest control part. They fixed our AC at night on the day we checked in and also fixed it again barely 2 hours before our checkout. Unfortunately, there are small cockroaches inside the rooms. However, they will continuously ask you to check out as per the initial booking unless you get hold of your agent. The location of the hotel is excellent and the hotel building is located on a spacious compoud of its own. If the hotel was properly maintained since its inception, the service would be excellent till now. They have two elevators to serve their guests and also provide water at every floor for their guests. And they don't allow deliverymen to go to the rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
