We were a group of 6 adults and 5 childrens.We booked a 3 bedroom bungalow with a well maintained room.The room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful with a strong support and the way they care was speechless. The location is just perfect for a walk around with a nature trek to a waterfall with a super view point and a nice place for taking a bath in chill natural water.Will visit this place for sure and also will recommend for others.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband's family, booked under the name Jack. The service was really good. The lady there was amazing, meeting each and every one of our needs. The rooms however was abysmal, with damp wallpapers and the heater just blew up, with burnt smell all over our room. My father-in-law got allergic to the dampness and moss in the wallpapers we had to rush him to the hospital ! And two other people further developed an allergic reaction the following day. Please try and fix this, as the location and service are amazing.

We visited Rainforest Munnar resort for a 3 day vacation. Pros: The location and the hospitality was really good. They treated us well, tended to all our requests. The food was really good. No complaints with regards to service. Cons: The Room. God, the room was pathetic, if you're looking to sleep and not get sick. AVOID THIS ROOM. Everyone who stayed there for a night fell sick, the wallpapers were damp and had developed moss. You won't be able to breathe in fresh air inside. You have more chances of surviving outside the forest than inside the room.

The Rainforest Resort is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of nature. The lush green surroundings and the serene atmosphere make it a perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility. The resort offers a range of accommodation options, from cozy cottages to luxurious villas, all designed with utmost comfort in mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. The highlight of the resort is the breathtaking rainforest views, which can be enjoyed from the infinity pool or the private balconies of the rooms. Overall, the Rainforest Resort is a paradise for nature lovers and a truly unforgettable experience.

Recently visited this place with my friends. It is a small property with little area. We have booked a villa with 3 bedroom, but one bedroom was upstairs and the entrance to that was through outside the villa, and it's kind of little old compared to other rooms in the property. Bedroom 1 have attached bathroom Bedroom 2 have a common bathroom Bedroom 3, which was upstairs has attached bathroom If you are looking for just a stay, then this will be good. There is no much view from the room, other than some trees in the backyard. The service was really good.. staff and the owner Mini was really nice and friendly. Food options were limited but it was super tasty. They will provide barbeque and campfire with music at extra cost. Barbeque was also tasty. There is no pool or any other activities in the property. There is a natural waterfall nearby around 20-25 mnts walk from the property. Suggestions to improve: 1. No fridge in the room 2. No mirror in the bathroom 3. There was no handwash in the bathroom If you are looking for a staycation only then I won't suggest this place as there is nothing to explore in the property, but if you are looking for a comfortable stay with good food, then you can very much visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
