Upon my check-in, I was graciously bestowed with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room, adorned with a delightful bathtub and expanded space. The room's ambiance, with its remote-controlled lighting and air conditioning, proved to be utterly captivating. The hotel boasted of a spa, laundry service, prompt room service contributing to the overall convenience. I skipped the tempting buffet and ordered a single item from the menu. The tranquil atmosphere allowed me for a focused study, and a relaxing bath in the tub added to the bliss. Despite a minor setback with the non-functional TV, it scarcely affected my contentment, as my eagerness for television was minimal.

I visited Chennai for work and stayed in Hotel Raj Park for 3N. It is about 14km from the Chennai Intl Airport. Rooms were maintained although a bit small. Cleanliness was up to mark. AC worked well, rooms had a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The TV had most of the channels working. Staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A lot of different dishes to choose from, continental and south Indian. The selection of south Indian cuisine was wide and the dishes were extremely tasty. It was a very pleasant stay and I'd say the offerings were decent for the price. Would stay again if need be.

From the pages you would think that it is a 4 star hotel but in actuality it lacks a lot. 1. On checkin the check-in desk was swamped and I was bluntly told to pay the full remaining balance. When I pointed out that I had not even checked in I was told it was hotel policy. The check-in personnel even forgot to ask me for my ID card which I had to remind him. 2. After coming to the room I discovered that the flush was not working. So again called up reception and they promised to fix it up. Which to their credit they did. 3. After having lunch I was told to pay direct to the restaurant. When I requested that they tab it to my room they said that they cannot do it for me. Same for dinner. 4. Next morning as I started to prepare the morning tea I found that the water heater was not working. Again called the reception and it took half hour to sort the stuff. 5. The bathroom drainage was faulty and water spolled around the bath tub. Not much but sufficient to irritate you. 5. The hotel advertises a 24 hour check in check out policy. No where is it mentioned that they count every 24 hours from your check-in as one day stay. Although they say they tell it during checkin but I was never told. I had planned to check out at 02:30 pm as my flight was at 05:30 pm; but I was called up at 01:30 pm and asked to vacate the room else they would charge me for one more day. So I had to leave and kill time at the airport. Small issues like these let this hotel down. Food is on the costly side. Service needs a major uphaul. They survive majorly on corporate bookings and as such individual books are low priority. Not staying here again

I am currently staying here for 4 nights due to unavailability of other hotel rooms in the mylapore/Alwarpet neighborhood. I must say I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE. They have already lost a customer. Their attitude towards customers and what it would take to retain them is missing. I requested for a scissor and they don’t have one. There are few small kind gestures that will make the customers happy. Sadly Raj Park staff just doesn’t know that. Good bye Raj Park.

Stayed recently with my uncle, and the experience was okay considering the hefty price they ask for old age rooms with no modern amenities. Staff is not supportive only says sorry these are the rules, those are the rules. It's a waste of money staying here, do not prefer this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
