In the name of luxury camp, it is pathetic tent. Washrooms were not clean, water was recycled we seeiouhave to buy bottled water to brush our teeth. All the furniture was very rusty and full of dust like not cleaned in ages. Food was average, tea was tasting like water. Music and dance show was below average nothing that looks like in pictures. Overall a shady place skip this one and go to Sam dunes, spend a night there.

We stayed here with family for a day and it was an wonderful experience. Food , music , local folk dance and songs , fire ball dance , Jeep Safari in sand dunes , camel safari everything was neatly organized. The rooms are spacious with extra large reet rooms . Would surely visit this place again and would like to recommend this place to everyone

Experienced 1st hand last week. A lot of negative reviews written here are valid. The pictures also seem fake. 1 - No milk given to kids. They only had tea/coffee and that also with sugar. Without Sugar not provided. 2 - Rigid with serving times. They serve tea coffee snacks at 7.30 pm - and we reached late by 15 mins, we were told pakoras (that is the only thing in snack) - are finished. No jain options as well. 3 - When we checkin to our tent, washroom was dirty. We complained and then they came and cleaned and left it all wet. 4 - When we asked for hand towels, they said we dont give hand towels. 5 - The lamp in the room was not working when we entered, again had to complain and they came to fix later. 6 - Breakfast time was 7am. WE had to leave at 7am for our flight, they didnt even give us bread butter or anything to go. 7 - Activities is name sake. You can get it done cheaper on your own maybe. Just camel safari for 2 minutes. Everything else you pay for at exorbitant prices being xmas. 8 - The overall staff attitude was - we have many customers, so we dont care. 9 - You ask anything at reception, they are like we are busy checkin in other people, come after 30 mins. Will def not recommend to families with kids for sure.

SCAM!! Please please please do not go to Rajputana Desert camp. The following are the reasons (personal experience as on 21st December 2023) : 1. This camp is very far from main road and no shared jeeps can reach till there so you will have to compulsorily walk to the camp. 2. They claim to have it near the sand dunes but it is built on a barren land and is far far away from the actual dunes. 3. Artists performing there at night time are very mediocre and amateurs. Total fraud. 4. Never book online from their website and never pay them advance. They do not provide any acknowledgement or receipt. 5. Food is good but not a hygienic location. 6. Rooms were very dirty and pathetic. And there is nothing like room service. #Brotip There are 100s of camps out of which few are located near the dunes and are budget friendly. Go for such camps. And never book online.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
