        Recently a friend of mine stayed in this hotel for over ten days. Had a great experience. The new Bar Lounge is very good. Service was very good. Keeping in view he was recovering from small procedure, he was well taken care. Small suggestion- you need to improve your dinning facilities, need more smart eating outlet. Good theme concept can change your fortunes. regards

        Quiet and comfortable hotel with nice amenities and bathrooms in the suites Surprisingly my room on the second floor in the smoking section (booked erroneously) on the second floor was nicer than the room I moved to on the sixth floor in the non-smoking section. The complimentary breakfast was just okay but the room service food was good (although the kitchen was out of what I had originally wanted). Laundry service was quick and not outrageously priced.

The swimming pool leaves a bit to be desired, so 4 stars overall, but if you are not super particular about swimming, this place is definitely worth it!

        Stayed in Ramada for 12 days First the Pros: 1. They arranged for the hard beds which was really helpful 2. The room cleaning staff was really helpful 3. Good hospitality Now the Cons: 1. The pool was dirty and not well maintained. I think they do not change water frequently 2. The gym was also below average with most of the machines not working 3. The weighing machine in the gym was also not working 4. There was a stark difference in the food that we ordered in room and the buffet food. The buffet food is very average So overall the experience was very mediocre.

        I stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super polite and helpful. Some of the food was average at best but overall satisfactory. Location is very good and close to the metro station. It takes around 25 mins to the airport, with relatively less traffic enroute. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
