I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the rooms were okay, they didn't quite meet my expectations. The notable downside was the mandatory gala dinner charge of 4k per head on the 25th. Despite our request to waive off our parents' gala dinner charge, as they wouldn't be attending the parties, the hotel didn't accommodate our request. Overall, the stay was okay, but the additional charges and lack of flexibility left me with a mixed impression.

PLEASANT STAY!!! We chose this hotel as a part of our makemytrip holidays. If you are traveling as family this is a great place. The food was good we booked our dinner as well here. Had 4 meals here, With a kid we were not ready to experiment the food joints. The service was great. People were kind. They interacted with my kid , they even gave a piece of cake as a gift to her. The overall experience was so pleasant. Everything was super smooth. Just what you need on a holiday.

Firstly this hotel is superb in every way. The hotel was fully booked when we got there and the internet was acceptable for a leisure stay. However, I had a work emergency that required online streaming for 10 hrs /day. I contacted the admin and Mr Vipul Sharma (Manager of IT) and tech guy Krishnagopal Kuntal solved my issue by providing an excellent connection it which there were ZERO issues. At breakfast Kushal (?) was above and beyond in customer service (really promote this guy). I am an international traveller for 30 years, traveling almost every week and this is certainly a no-brainer, will definitely book again when in Jaipur.

The rooms were clean but the problem we faced was with the AC. The AC wasn't in working condition. Due to this we had to shift our room along with our luggage a night prior to our departure. Despite management knowing that the AC wasn't in good condition, the problem was with the main electric system, they did not recommend us to change the room. Instead the resolved the issue but that did not come out as expected. The condition of ac was worst. AC wasn't shutting down even if tried to switch off. Our entire room was chilled! It was room no. 506.

A centrally located hotel. Our stay was very nice. The room was well maintained and clean. The housekeeping staff were prompt and polite. The buffet spread for all meals was very tasty. The cuisine was a mix of Indian and continental. The wait staff were very polite and efficient. My only complaint is that they did not know the names of some of the continental dishes they served. For example, they had served prosciutto for breakfast. I needed to verify whether it was bacon or prosciutto, but the staff told me it was pork. Yes, I agree. It is all pork, but serving bacon and cooking it to order is very different from serving prosciutto. All in all, we had a great time at this hotel. I look forward to staying here again. Specially I would love to thanks dipendra Singh for his service .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
