        We had a great time with Such a great hospitality at Ramada .Perfect place to stay in Katra .Staff at front desk and house keeping including kitchen are so helpful.They served breakfast earlier to accommodate with our departure timings.Special thanks to Anita for her warm welcome and great hospitality. Thank you captain Sachi and chef Vijay for tasty breakfast !! Definatly well worth staying at ramada!!

        It was one of my worst experiences. The staff seems having inadequate training. The kind of Hospitality they offer is not what is expected of Ramada. Although the rooms and location was nice. But not the way they treat the guests and services. I would not want to highlight all the issues , but only recommend people booking this property either to lower their expectations or book some other good hotel

        It was terrible, all started with washroom amenities no gel in the bottle/no shampoo/all the bottles were empty. No towel , in one shower the entire water was overflowing such horrific never saw like this. The quality of food is so pathetic, I think so the owner should at least once should go there for morning breakfast….. we ordered the tea and waited for 1 hr so imagine the rest . The food quality is even worse , the Manager standing there is helpless. If you will run this show , it’s soon got to end

        There is only one word for this hotel and the entire service, and that is WORST. pathetic conditions of rooms & cleaning service won't even change the blankets and bedsheets, Dirty linen. ( breakfast - Horrible experience. Ruined our appetite. Worst food we have ever had, perhaps. I wonder why doesn’t the owners don't look into the quality of food being served??? Do they actually promote that sort of stale and bad food? ) I hope they sort this out so that no one have to eat such horrible food. Is this the hospitality they provide to guests,, so many tourist are coming there, but I request don't visit here .they are pathetic, uneducated, mannerless people. They don't know how to talk with the guest EXPESICAILLY one who is taking care of the NIGHT. The owner of this property must look into this matter, otherwise don't run this property with this kind of staff.. PLEASE DON'T VISIT.. SO, MANY OPTIONS IS THERE IN THIS BUDGET. VISIT THERE BUT AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

        We stayed for 5 days at Ramada and it was the best experience I ever had right from delicious Food to great gesture of hotel staff they had it all covered. I would give a 10/10 for food.I have been to many branded hotels before but I must say the food here was the most delicious and lip smacking. Chef Vijay is the head chef here and he always makes sure that the food served is of the best quality and taste. Truly appreciable. We had requested momos and although it was not in the menu for that day , he did serve us with perfectly made momos. The hotel staff had a very sweet gesture towards us. Especially Anita and Jyoti I really want to appreciate how they provided us with good hospitality. They greet all their customers with a beautiful smile on their face. They cater to every need of their guests and ensure that their guests are satisfied and happy. I highly recommend Ramada for your next comfortable and luxury stay at Katra.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
