I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area.

All the amenities are best here. Rooms are cleaned and we'll managed everyday. Fooding is also good here. Corridors are kept fresh all time using diffusers. Staffs are well cooperative and soft. They cater to all your needs on one call. All the staffs are flexible enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Encore for a few weeks, and I can't help but express my utmost satisfaction with the overall experience. First and foremost, the culinary experience was nothing short of amazing. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, and the chef's dedication to creating flavorful meals truly stood out. Moreover, the service provided by the staff, particularly by housekeeper Ram Babu, was outstanding. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant positive impact on my overall impression of the hotel. The locality of the hotel also added to the charm of my stay.

This is my second stay, after my previous stay in December, 2021. I'm extremely impressed with the stay. Chefs, Prem and Santosh, have made sure that my food intolerance and allergy reports were adhered to. Front office manager, Mr. Prashant, had made sure I was provided a neat, sanitized room, with all necessary facilities as a business hotel. Duty managers, Vikas, Devraj, Subhojit, Nitin, have made sure I got wakeup calls, on time. Thanks to do for ensuring speedy services. Housekeeping manager, Mr. Rakesh, ensured that my stay was most comfortable. This hotel is very good for business guests. Food, beverages options are decent, with a global cuisine restaurant. I was happy with my 9 days stay. It's cheaper and convenient. Even though laundry is outsourced, the quality of washing and ironing, is absolutely acceptable. Will definitely visit the hotel again.

Good experience.Rooms could be bit bigger..Window view is not great.Staff are polite helpful. Breakfast served was good and satisfying. But FOOD ordered in room service could have more items and variety. It was limited spicy and expensive. Despite no smoking rule some hotel guest below us was insensitive and kept smoking late in the night and smoke flooded our bathroom bedroom and we couldn't breathe properly for 10 to 15 mins.Staff did not do much to help except spray something in our room to remove the smoke.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
