Given the busy nature of this place, the hotel is a safe bet in comparison to those around it. It is secluded, quiet and away from the main road. Ramada plaza is one of the best hotels in Varanasi. The best part of the hotel is it's location, There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The hotel is about 50 meters inside the main road, away from the dust and noise. The rooms are spacious with a good view of the garden, clean and comfortable. Food was good and service was good too. Good reception area with a pleasant aroma and very good breakfast spread. The Ramada Hotel offers a delightful stay that's filled with comfort and warmth. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly smiles and impeccable service. The overall ambiance was welcoming and inviting, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. To elevate the experience further, I would suggest the hotel management consider improving the quality of room fittings. Investing in modern fixtures and fittings would not only enhance the overall aesthetic appeal but also elevate the level of comfort and convenience for guests. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel was enjoyable, and with a slight improvement in the room fittings, it would undoubtedly be a memorable experience for all guests. I look forward to visiting again, and I'm certain that these thoughtful upgrades would make it an even better stay for everyone who chooses to call the Ramada their home away from home.

1. Rooms are too small than shown in the pics on online platforms especially the washrooms and they were untidy. Totally NOT worth the price they charge. Other Ramada properties have much better rooms and amenities than this one. 2. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, posing health risk and causing uncomfortable stay. First time encountered such a issue in any of the renowned hotel chain (national/international)

Stay at Ramada Plaza Varanasi. Excellent property, serene location away from city crowds is indeed a highlight. Rooms spacious with all needed necessary amenities. About bathroom tub a great facility for customers but it's worth considering that it may pose hazard to senior citizens. Food was nice, as I stayed continuly for 2 days almost same meenu was both day ,but attending staff was very hospitable. I will give 5 star in every field.

Not a five star hotel. Half star hotel. I stayed here for two days. One of the worst experiences. No hot water. Tap lever's are broken. AC controls in the room not working, funny thing is they want to provide me a heater instead of fixing the problem. Bed sheets got stains.There is no option for half star otherwise I have given it. Very rude staff, they think they are doing a favor for you. Travel desk Priyanshu is the saving grace. Never again.

We require negative ratings for hotels like this. Really Bad Service. Did not agree to join the tables for 15 people and said If you needed joint table then they will not server a la carte. The food was cold and dry. We had to serve ourselves the waiter was not even serving us or giving us cutlery or replacing plates. They Did Not Even Give Ketchup With The Fries And Charged For Ketchup. The Items Were Not Fresh And Took Time To Arrive. I Think That They Are Just Serving The Food From The Buffet. It took 40 Minutes To Arrive (Fries). This Hotel Ruined My 2 Birthdays One in 2018 & Decided to give them a second chance this year but they did not deserve. I don't know how this hotel is 4.2 rated. Please Don't Go Here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
