Extremely rude behaviour by the reception guys! They literally hung up while I was speaking and when I tried calling back, they disconnected my calls. The lady was shouting on top of her voice. I understand that every hotel has its own rules and policies but it can be conveyed in the best way! Hospitality industry works with standard rules and I feel customer should be treated with respect and vice verse!

Very Good PlaCe and service and hospitality. I have done a small family function here in which many guests were there from Delhi and Kanpur. All guests enjoyed their stay, food, breakfast, rooms etc. Also staff is very professional, one small mistake (overcharging) happened in billing, which was identified by Ramada Staff themself, and informed me and corrected by themself. Special mention of Mr. Mahesh who was our one point contact, helped us every step. Also Ms. Garima from reservation and Ms. Priyanka from front desk were good helped for us and to our guests....

I stayed at a Ramada hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site restaurant and gym, were convenient and added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. However, some areas might benefit from a bit of updating, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with good service, a Ramada is a solid choice.

We were there for four days. My birthday was celebrated there with my army colleagues. They provided cocktails,snacks birthday cake and sumptuous dinner. Some how the number of guests increased without notice. But hotel staff managed the show very well. Staff was very courteous and responsive. Total bill was reasonable. Next day we moved to NDA khadakvasla for our reunion but returned at night. So we had a very nice stay there. Breakfast had different spreads and very tasty. Special mention for Reservation executive Garima who was very accommodative. Overall a very memorable experience. Col Pradeep Saklani

Super hotel and service. Had a great time being here. Rooms were neat and clean and have all the basic facilities needed. The breakfast is really awesome. Staff is also very courteous. Would definitely recommend people to look at this option for a comfortable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
