We stayed for a night on 21st January and had booked 2 rooms. The entire experience from booking, check-in to check-out was exemplary! The staff is completely professional, and they try to handle all requests (within reasonable limits) positively. We were given 1 room as early check-in, while the other one was getting ready, which helped us get ready in time for a wedding. The location of the hotel is its biggest advantage! Their complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, they had packed in a lot of choices all very well prepared. We are definitely going to be staying here any time we have a need to be closer to central or south Mumbai!

I was staying here in January 2024, as i came for conference and hotel bookings were done by organizers. Housekeeping, room service etc were great. As I was alone and came for 2 days.... i just packed my clothes in medium sized handbag. The worst experience I had while checking out. 35 yr old man at reception asked me, am I carrying any hotel property? I had one sling bag and one medium size handbag...that's it... What can fit in it....apart from toiletries. That was extremely disrespectful. I hv never encountered such questions at any other hotel.

I stayed here for Tata Mumbai Marathon. The location is too convenient, just 2 minutes walking distance from Dadar station. Safe place. Rooms are very clean and neat. The staff is extremely helpful in guiding you whatever you need. Food is delicious. Five starts for the staff and service from me 👍👍

recently stayed at this Hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for my meetings. I enjoyed the dining options, though they were a bit pricey. I felt it was good value for the money. It was a pleasant stay .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
