excellent hotel the room has everything you need, iron, dresser, small dining table with 2 chairs and a mini fridge. 4 pillows per bed, soft sheets 2 bottles of water per day ac worked very well breakfast was good, omelet station available, it was 3.5 rial location is not great, but there's a strip mall where there's restaurants and a small convenience store, about 8 mins away walking . if you don't feel like eating out, there's 3 restaurants in the property as well.

At Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu, every moment was a blend of luxury and relaxation. From the warm welcome at the elegant lobby to savoring exquisite Indian cuisine with a view of the Arabian Sea, the experience was simply unforgettable. A stroll along Juhu Beach under the golden glow of the sunset was the perfect conclusion to a perfect day.

Horrible Experience If you want to get some sleep at night, then DON’T book this hotel. The hotel has a club that plays loud music every night. There is no insulation for that loud noise and the whole room vibrates every night (Stayed for 3 nights with family and it was the same horrible experience every night) The person who did the room service asked on immediate payment at time of room service as if we are going to run away with their money. Upon confronting this with the hotel manager, they denied of any such request. At the time of booking, it’s just mentioned that there’s a club at the hotel but there was nothing mentioned about how loud the noise can get inside the rooms due to this. Should have read reviews before booking this horrible hotel. Please read reviews on other booking websites.

Book this hotel to experience - NIGHTMARE ; You cannot sleep peacefully because of the horrible club at the bottom of this hotel- Trust me ; people will regret; if they have booked this nasty hotel. staffs are helpless, check other two or three reviews more , somewhere you will read about the loud music and disturbances; If you want to loose your money and want to experience sleepless night then book this hotel: i strongly not recommend any family or bachelors to book this specific hotel; better to book oyo- i am putting all my efforts and time here to post a review because i was the unluckiest customer who booked this hotel for 2 nights and regretted like hell.

Not the best place to stay if you expecting you will get a goodnight sleep. There is alot of noise from the clubs until 4am in the morning esp on weekends. The place is good in terms location. They have good spa and gym facility. The hotel staff talks in a very dry and rude tones at times. The rooms ate decent

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
