The check in and check out experience was good. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Had a lot of options. The winter carnival parade passed right from the Tara restaurant and we were able to enjoy it. The place lighted up at night.

Hotel is nice and clean but room size is little small. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is very good. Service is very fast.location vise perfect place for stroll around. Charges r little higher. 5-7 minutes walkable from the center

It was a pleasant experience. Hotel is nice and clean and all delivery is time to time. Easily accessible and staff is approachable. Only thing I observed is that essential things should be placed when check-in, I have asked for a few essentials which were not given during check-in.

"This hotel is certainly not up to par with what one might expect from a 3-star establishment. The rooms are notably small and the pricing, well, it's on the higher side due to its location near Ramoji. When it comes to dining, the situation doesn't get much better. The food is not only expensive, but the quality is also lacking. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff, despite our best efforts, seemed to have difficulty understanding our orders, often leading to mistakes in our orders. Another noteworthy point is their pricing for basic items. A regular Bisleri water bottle costs a staggering Rs 90, and they seem to provide smaller bottles in the rooms despite the premium rates. Even the breakfast buffet, a hallmark of many hotels, falls short of expectations. The restaurant's ambiance also leaves something to be desired. All in all, taking all these aspects into account, it's hard to see this as a true 3-star hotel."

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
