Hotel was nice. Service was good. Hotel manager Mr Vijay helped us a lot in booking the safari and local tours. Food was served with compassion at lunch which we really enjoyed. Since ranthambore did not have much for local tour, we spent plenty time at hotel. Swimming pool needs a little upgradation. Roads to hotel also need to be repaired. More indoor activities may be appreciated. Overall our stay at hotel was quiet, and value for money.

It was a nice experience with this resort rooms were specious n clean…we had a group trip stayed there and enjoyed…but u need to add lights in pathways and outside of cottage room…we needed hot water in morning time but didn’t get it so kindly work on it otherwise overall 👍

This is actually not a resort and charging heavily for the service, facilities which they couldn't even have developed. Room and room service are not meeting even one star hotel standard. Not recommended at all. Worst service and impolite staff. Even their GM is not responsible, impolite and not able to manage the things. Bad experience..once again sincere advise is not to go for Tiger Inn comf. Dharmshala.

Third class service. Worst experience. I would have given negative stars if google allow this. Rooms are not proper and not safe at all. There is no hot water. They provide you the water in buckets for bath. No proper room service. Toilet flush was not working. We have to go in other room for this basic thing. Children swimming pool was not in working condition. When we enquired then came to know that they have only 1 staff for all rooms housekeeping service so how one person will manage all rooms requirements. They not pick the calls after 10 PM so no room service after 10 PM even in case of emergency. There is no responsible person to whom we can address these issues. Thank you for spoiling our vacations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
