This was a great place to stay if one prefers to be near the forest. The guesthouse is close to one of the forest zones, and there is always a chance to see wildlife near the place. There was a large garden and more open area which is perfect to walk and just be. The owners were very friendly. The rooms cleanliness, linen, and toilet condition can be improved. When one stays in the forest, they can still have their linen fresh and toilets clean without the taps and everything leaking. You can have all kinds of lizards and everything in the room but keeping the basics clean is not that hard. The hotel could improve upon that. We arranged both our safaris through the owner and he was quick to respond and helped efficiently. The safaris here are arranged through private agents and then you are taken by the forest guides. So I am not sure about the fair pricing but I think we got an okay deal. Some of the forest zones are nearby and a few good ones are a bit far. We had our car so didnt face an issue but would be a good idea to speak over the phone about transport options.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on our month-long trip around India. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel also has a nice garden where you can hang out and relax. The food in the hotel restaurant was okay and as the hotel is a bit off the beaten track, you don't have many options. If you don't arrive by car, the owner will help you arrange any transfers.

Stay away! One of the worst experience I ever had in staying at hotels. Mr. Jay the hotel owner is totally a money-minded person. He straightaway asked for the full payment when we reached without asking water. The rooms are missing with all the basic amenities. No mirror, washroom taps rotate 360*, no soap shampoo towels in the washroom. No water and glass in the room to drink. No shower. Even there is no mirror in the washroom. No place to hang your clothes behind the door. The food is also terrible with the taste. The location is totally outskirt and 5-6kms far from the main centre point. The last 2kms is inside the jungle with no roads. The owner is very very rude and not co-operative at all. We saw all the guests complaining about the same issues that we had. I would recommend to stay away from this property as you will definitely regret staying there and lose your precious vacation time. Stay away!

Had good experience of staying there. The time are good with all facilities. There service and hospitality is satisfactory. Good taste, Quality and quantity were good. This place is near to Ranthambore Tiger Safari zone 6 to zone 10. It's a bit far away from Ranthambore Tiger Safari zone 1 to 5. There's nothing available around and send to be secluded place away from City traffic and noise pollution. Expect calmness near the hustle and traffic of the area.
