The stay is located very close to the Madikeri bus stand and autos are available at the doorstep.The rooms are spacious and maintained well. The toilets are super clean. Very difficult to find a stay like this that had all the amenities and also accessibility to public/private vehicles. Rooms are also serviced everyday. Hotel staff are very polite and get things done in no time. Special mention about the Reception Staff he was very humble and made sure that all the services we requested are taken care of. The best part is the room tariff, it is very affordable with all these services. They also guide you with the local Jeep service. The Owner of the stay is a polite gentleman and so knowledgeable. He recommended places to get best coffee powder, chocolates and pepper. We are so thankful for that. Last mention about the restaurant inside -Pakashala that serves delicious and quality food. We always preferred this restuarant over the others for its lip smacking starters, main course and desserts. They have an exquisite menu, do check that out. Overall we had a wonderful and luxurious experience at the Red Bricks Inn.

First of all, its close to main bus stand like just 3 minutes walking distance. Its in the center of the city and close to main tourist spots like museum, fort, raja seat etc again these spots are in walkable distance. If you are on a solo trip or with your family, it's one of the best place to stay, close to all tourist places, safe, clean washrooms, 24 hours hot water, rooms are specious, food is really good and surrounded by nice people. Staff is very polite and helpful specially reception staff✨️ Service is very quick and they really took care of us like a family. Including arranging vehicle for the tour, guiding for the destinations and suggesting the best driver and helping with the travel cost as well that no one will charge extra from us. I was with my mom with some luggage and we had to catch a bus at 11:00pm on sunday. I asked for help from reception. Receptionist actually arranged a vehicle for us to reach at bus stop on time and send a guy with us who stayed as long as bus did not arrive, he carried the heavy luggage and dropped it till our seats and refused to take any amount. I am glad I selected Red Bricks Inn. Thank you for your help 😊✨️

We visited in a group of 3 families. It was really great experience staying here in terms of the cleanliness of rooms. The rooms are spacious too. The food here was nice, served by a courteous staff. Though they needed some guidance to bring cutlery etc. but they gracefully did what was needed.

Very conjuse management. Kept a fixed menu and limited options for complimentary breakfast. Don't provide even a single bottle of mineral water even after requests. They say they are environmentally conscious but if you pay money, their environmental consciousness vanishes.. The hotel ambience is good, I have paid Rs.4000/ day..It is not at all worth this amount.. no sufficient cupboards in the room.. Requested multiple times for some regular channels but not fulfilled.. They believe in squeezing money not in customer care

Location wise, amazing spot as it is center of the city, plus good for bus travellers. The reception staff are very helpful beyond their domain also, and so was service. Rooms were maintained very well, most importantly toilet, and there was hot water all the time. Overall, good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
