It is what the it claims to be - budget hotel. It's more of a service apartment. Has air conditioning in the bed rooms. Decent distance from main road. Good if you want to have weekend gathering for big groups e.g. 6-7 people under one roof. The room we stayed at had 2 bed rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen with refrigerator.

Red carpet residency is a good residency in hill have very neat and clean rooms there available services. They have goibibo account so you can search the website from there also the rate is almost same where you can check in a website or else you if you taken through directly is there with their 3 to 4 floors of building. Distance is located in some what distance from the main road pretty hard to find you can use Google location to reach there. Hotel atmosphere is good symptom room service also someone ok it is some economical and both best for cheap price

I had a horrible experience at this place. 1) Rooms are dirty. 2) I was supposed to check in on 15th Nov, but we checked in on 16th Nov early morning, I had called them and informed as well. As I reached they told me rooms are not ready and we have to wait till 10 as staff was not ready it was not cleaned. 3)The office staff are rude and just ask to cancel it, if u can't wait,though u keep telling them the booking is non refundable. 4) please avoid such places

I can say it was an OK OK experience. Beat part was l, they have there own bike rental options. So I don't have to roam just to find a place for the rent. Room service was not so great. I booked this room via MMT, which includes breakfast, when I ask for breakfast they told there is no such detail. When I showed them the booking then he sent just two coffee. The worst experience was, there is no card payment options bother they accept Paytm so that was not a good deal.

This rooms not suitable for family.. Can be booked for bachelor party.. Booked this room online.. For online bookings they give lesser importance and gave room at 4th floor and the room not worth the money.. The lodge does not have restuarant, food bought from outside hotel which will take 30 to 45min because there is only one servant.. Poorly maintained even TV is old CRT type which is not working . Electrical fittings poorly maintained.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
