A pleasant atmosphere with super comfy beds that we’d sink into, and warm lighting, creating a cozy vibe. The thoughtful design, including an organized entrance and an open closet, added to the inviting feel. The bathroom was well-equipped, but the lack of hairdryers was a small inconvenience. The only drawback was the window view, facing an enclosed area, but it didn't overshadow the overall comfort. The hotel's food, especially the breakfast buffets, was consistently delightful, adding to the positive experience. In conclusion, this stay in New Delhi was a significant improvement, with comfortable beds, warm lighting, and thoughtful design making it a worthwhile choice for a cozy and inviting stay.

The location is about 4 to 5 km from the airport, and no local shops are around, but the service and rooms are good, safety is perfect, no worries for girls, most of the officials are staying here!!! Foods are available in the 1st floor of the same hotel, and the thing I want to share is If you are booking 2 executive rooms then you can't get it on the same floor because they designed only one executive room for each floor so book accordingly

It was a good hotel with everything you could want. A comfy bed, a clean toilet and shower, room service with daily cleaning as well as a decent breakfast in the mornings with a variety of choices. It isn’t anything luxury but there is nothing to complain about either. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend for its services as well as its affordability.

Overall a nice, clean, hygienic & absolutely secure place to stay with family with good connectivity for City travel. Top pro services by Housekeeping staff, Front office was also nice & cooperating, only kitchen staff cafetaria guys needs to be taught with more hospitality so that one should feel more comfortable while having their meals. One issue was bit clogging of water in washbasin & the bathing area was too small to give a bath to a dependable kid, Rest everything was fine.

I was trying to book this hotel for three persons but staff wanted the full amount before booking. We did the half payment to book the amount and send the screenshot but they have asked for the verification. I don't know why they require verification as I have already provided them with the screenshot. Also, the staff called me and asked for the verification, they told me to enter 19902 amount on the Google pay and send as a part of the verification process. He thought we were a fool. So we requested to cancel the booking and refund the amount. He started abusing and said it will take one hour to refund. Later he blocked the number and we contacted him from second number, he blocked it too. This hotel is a scam. Don't book it ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
