        My mother in law stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Her hand was in a sling since she had hurt it earlier in December. However, the Red Fox staff was extremely helpful and took very good care of her. I would like to mention Avishi who went out of her way to make my mother in law's stay extremely comfortable, constantly checking on her and helping her. Thank you so much for all this wonderful service. Truly appreciate it.

        Left with no option to choose this property as other regular properties were sold out due to marriage season. Have paid 8k/night for this property. Starting with the room, it's a very basic twin bed room with not enough space to move around. It felt like you were in a boxy room. Not a comfortable chair to work. The corner sofa had a lot of dust and wasn't comfortable to sit on. The toilet is cramped. The only saving grace is the hot water shower in the bathroom, which gives relaxation after a long hectic day. No face towel available, no moisturizing lotion kept. Need to call up HK for toiletries. Breakfast spread had most of the options and was good, no doubt. The front desk employee who checked in my stay didn't know about their own membership program, That's unfortunate. Though I am aware red fox is an economy stay option, given the price they charged, they should be providing the value for the money stay option. Not recommended for 8k/night stay.

        Me and my colleagues had a very bad experience in this hotel. There were ants on our bed. I also have photos and videos of same. Very bad housekeeping and maintenance. Me and friend got rashes due to ant bites. And when we told the receptionist about our experience, they were not very keen on solving it rather took back the feedback form from us without letting us even fill it. Highly not recommended such unethical places.

        Red fox chain is a Pathetic hotel and service is very poor. Rooms are small and breakfast spread is limited with very poor service. Staffs are running around and refuse to entertain you. Completely unprofessional service. Suggest to refrain from this hotel and save your hard money. Stayed in their Delhi red fox even after notifying them many a times the have not give proper GST bill and have plethora of excuses and also won't respond to emails. After this review the Front desk manager of Delhi called and told that he will resolve the GST issue. However, till date I'm yet to get any communication from them. Don't go by the fake reviews.

        I had a highly enjoyable stay at this hotel due to the exceptional comfort of the room, stunning vistas afforded by the accommodations, and the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the premises. The staff members were extremely helpful and provided excellent support throughout my stay. The housekeeping team was prompt and responsive, ensuring that my needs were met efficiently and to a high standard. The level of service was both expedient and of remarkable quality. Furthermore, the culinary offerings surpassed expectations, with the restaurant excelling in every cuisine served.
