        Rooms, services & food are excellent here. If your prefer to stay in the city. This will be great choice for you and located near to main connected road but there is no noise in the room. You didn't get any city view from this room but it's not a big deal. Property suits for business people. Some of the branded shops are near by from this hotel.

        Service and room is really good. Staff are very accommodating and compliant. Wifi is good, all the amenities you need are there in the wash room, two power points for two single beds, shower has a working door and peep-hole is clear. As well, you get to choose a more preferred type of pillow, like foam. But the tap runs too fast, hand towel placement is too low and there was no shaving gel or toothpaste but the shaving blade and toothbrush was of decent quality.

        Had a very comfortable stay here. Located off Bypass road, below the flyover, map location is accurate. Customer Service is excellent - someone got in touch to confirm arrival time. Staff is polite and helpful. They were also very accommodating of requests which was good as I was travelling with a senior citizen. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained for the price point. Spa has some nice ayurvedic therapies at a reasonable price. The variety in the breakfast menu was excellent. Two points that can be improved are the interior decor of the room (can use brighter colors) and the pricing of the room service menu (on the higher side). Would definitely come back here.

        Best place to stay, worth the price.Staff is very helpful and attentive. Any time hot water is available in shower, clean and tidy place. Breakfast had various options, tasted good and staff was very helpful while taking breakfast orders. If you are new to Madurai this is the best place to stay in.

        We stayed at the Regency by GRT on our way from Bangalore to Trivandrum as a pitstop. It was the one of the most pleasant stays i have experienced in recent times. The rooms are very clean and large enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was very clean and was well stocked with toiletries. When we ordered room service for dinner, they offered us a starter, a dessert and hot chocolate free of cost. The breakfast next day was very sumptuous and delicious, and had items from all sorts of cuisines, you will find something to your taste for sure. The hotel staff also helped us get an auto to the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple. If they lack something in luxury, they sure do make it up in terms of their hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madurai.
