We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent and very professional. We felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was really good too. Room was super spacious and has heater which was highly appreciated as Amritsar’s weather is cold in winter. Room is quite dated and aging for a 5* hotel, some equipments were broken or missing. It would need some renovation work.

Very good rooms. The service is also very good and fast. As compared to other hotels this the best hotel I have ever seen. The location of the hotel is the best because the airport is very near it is only half & hour from the hotel. I would suggest everyone coming to Amritsar in winters to stay in this hotel as there are heaters in the rooms. The best hotel in Amritsar.

Good spacious rooms. Great service. No hassles. Enough parking space for 6 7 cars. Very polite attitude of staff. Decent food. Try to get room towards Road. It has some view. Overall very good hotel and at a pretty decent price. Totally worth it. Will book this only next time also.

Lovely hotel with the best management! They are doing everything right at the Regenta Central Amritsar. They work hard to make your stay comfortable, fun, and easy. Everyone is a VIP. We felt cared for and pampered at all times. The fabulous staff- especially Vandeep- made our visit to Amritsar a great success. We only hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again.

The air quality in the rooms is extremely bad. There is no oxygen and you can't open any windows. After complaining about this, nobody of the staff seemed surprised. Immediately they told us somebody would check our rooms. A couple minutes later somebody showed up with a room spray. This did not help at all. Later they gave us one new room which was slightly better. Unfortunately we were a group with three rooms. There was no new room for the other two. I would never recommend anybody to stay here. It's shiny and nice from outside. Inside is smelly and old. Additionally, the hotel is also a party location. The music and bass is so loud that the whole bed on the upper floors is vibrating. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in India or any other country across America, Europe, and Asia. YOU SHOULD AVOID STAYING HERE.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
