        Enjoyed everything about this place except for the fact that when they had too many guests (due to Vibrant Gujarat)on two consecutive days my room was cleaned after I came in the evening (I was out from 8.30 am to 6.30pm). This was really irritating. Also noticed that during that period of two days when international guests were present, the breakfast buffet had sausages and chicken. Having said that I must say, the staff are friendly, rooms clean, room service and food good , pet friendly and location good.

        great location that felt central to where i wanted to get. lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance from the hotel. the room had every basic thing you could need. the bathroom was clean too. the staff was super helpful and prompt with any requests i had. Disliked · it's a bit loud when people are milling about in the halls but otherwise the other guests were quiet during the night. there was an off smell on the floor i was on, but it was easily dispelled with some incense or room spray.

However, I recommend checking the mini-bar items for quantity accuracy before check-in, as you might be required to pay for unused items during checkout. Additionally, I advise against choosing Room 210 due to the absence of a hair dryer, poor wardrobe condition, and some missing amenities compared to other rooms.

        Stayed here for 3 days with my family, and the stay was great! The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel had a cute workstation and cafe in the lobby, which was great as well. The location was great too as it was close to the airport. We ordered room service and the food was delicious too. The hotel offered buffet breakfast and it was amazing (pic attached), the food was fresh and filling, they had fruits, cereal, juices, desserts etc. However, we had a small issue because our shower was leaking. Other than, it was an amazing stay overall, I recommend it!

        Warning: I lost my documents from the room, I had left when I was stepping out for the day! The only thing good is location, the linen had stains and washroom was average. Hygiene would be 2.5 out of 5. But missing documents from the hotel room is never expected. The behaviour was we will discuss and come back , which they never did. Suggest you don't stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
