We once again had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Imperial, and can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. All seemed better than before, from the moment we walked through the doors till we said Bye-Bye Goa, was greeted with warmth & hospitality, pampered with food and chef's attention, welcomed with the same smiles all over... that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Whether it was the reception team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. I chose our favourite room which again was clean and beautifully appointed. I could tell that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Dining at the hotel was truly a delight. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, especially the breakfast, what one needs a live-tea-stall, loved the masala tea boiled in front of us with a smiley Chef.....the best moment....amazing..... The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the area. I can't thank the team at Regenta Central Imperial enough for making our stay so memorable. It's clear that they are dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. Thank you once again for an incredible stay. I'll certainly be returning in the future! Best location in North Goa ( if you are beach lovers) it's just walking distance. We found Candolim beach is the best as there was no nonsense.. all foreigners, no local crowd. Hotel rooms, staff nd food is as per standard.. full Marks for that. Local food joints are all around the hotel. Including rental car is just front of hotel + Axis Bank ATM is in same premises.

Great & awesome hospitality !!! I would like to appreciate the commitment for the staff members to make the every possible attempt to make your stay memorable. Food in restaurant is really delicious and very affordable and too with appropriate quantity Rooms are really spacious with large beds. Game zone and kids play area were great additions to engage kids along with clean swimming pool. 10 of 10. MY PERMANENT STAY FOR NOW ONDWARD FOR EVERY TRIP TO GOA

The room was clean though the sheets did not feel fresh. The staff was courteous and quite helpful! The hotel is a few minutes from the beach. Since it’s on the main road, there are quite a lot of options to eat out which is good.

The best hotel in town. The check-in and out process was very swift. The staff in all the areas are very friendly and client oriented. The food was lip-smacking, and it couldn't be compared with any restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to visit this place more often in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
