        We were on study tour. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days Last day my friend order iron because there were so much cold out there. And clothes didn't get dry. 3 students in every room. So after we order iron from reception, we receive iron already broken. We were in hurry 'cause we had to checkout the hotel. My friend didn't file complaint about it. But when we leave the hotel and about to sit in bus, hotel management called us and said " We received broken iron from your room. Pay the amount." We told them that we received broken iron. That was old iron. Then they called the service man who hand over iron to us. But he was saying that he gave us intact iron, which was completely lie from his face we can tell he was lying at that time. Then our faculty came and also filed same complaint about broken iron. Then they were making allegations on 3 us and faculty too. Which was horrific to see. They want money from us but we didn't gave them and we leave from their. Rooms were good but how they treated us on last day, that thing bring down their impression in our eyes. Kindly tell service management to check their all products before handing out.

        A hotel with affordable luxury. Interiors are beautiful , restaurant is great and rooms are comfortable … services are top class, staff is prompt and courteous , the GM of the hotel is doing a great job in maintaining the service levels and making the hotel , its banquet and corporate parties as the USP of the hotel . Roof top sky lounge , gives an amazing feel and food is just perfect to cater to your palette.

        I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered during my stay primarily revolved around the attitude and service provided by your staff. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Moreover, when I encountered a problem with my room, the response from the staff was slow and unapologetic. I believe that a hotel’s success is heavily reliant on the quality of customer service it provides, and in this regard, my stay was severely lacking. I Most pathetic staff and service I have ever got .

        The room was beautiful with an amazing view. However, food tasted really bad 👎 and there was no hot water in the room. Everything else was amazing, super safe, super clean, and amazing service and the staff. But it was a bit expensive.

        Pathetic Service. Strongly inadvisable for families. Staff is highly inconsiderate. If you ask fro clean kettle, they will say what is the problem?? Rude staff. If you raise your voice, they will reply in even higher tone.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
