Average stay, helpful staff, and good food. At first, I was skeptical about the food in the hotel, but it was really good. Especially their breakfast spread and live counters are very good. Property overall is a very old, so if you are sensitive to a particular smell that comes in most of the rooms, then you might want to think. They need to rework on rooms and furniture. Linens are so old and extra bed is a joke but at least it worked for a night. Wifi wasn't working most of the time. We stayed only for one night so it was manageable. Thanks to the duty manager who changed our room but the smell was there... A request to please provide a luggage trolley to the bell boys, they still hand pick stuff from the rooms to the car.

We visited second time after 2019, we enjoyed staying here last time due to front side room on 2nd floor, this time we booked three rooms, 2 on first floor rear side (104, 105) and another on 4th floor rear side, no view from window, just a wall visible, boring being in room even for one hour. Food especially breakfast is very very delicious and served hot on demand on table with live counters, staff is polite and cooperative. Parking facility is good. Rooms: rearside 2.0 Food : breakfast 5.0 Dinner: 4.5 Cleanliness: 4.5

Definitely doesn’t look like a 4-star hotel! Breakfast spread was good and tasty with many options. Hotel lobby looks good but rooms look average. Towels had black stains and looked dirty. There was no Wifi connection in the room.

The food was excellent, the service from the waiters was very good. The only thing I miss is more variety in the dessert. The wifi connection is terrible in the rooms.The wifi connection is terrible in the rooms. Poorly washed towels. For the hotel owners, the fabric curtains in the showers are very unhygienic in 🤢🤢🤮🤮, it is time to remove them and put something more hygienic.

Had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. All the amenities were fabulous and hotel management is really doing a good job to keep things running smoothly even at high rush times. Food was really delicious and menu was crafted with varieties. Special shout-out to the chicken curry.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
