I stayed over 15 days over there I liked the food. Cleaning staff is very kind and helpful. Overall good experience. The boy names Ajay is very humble and his work is appreciated as I observed.

A four star hotel with no dedicated parking facility. A small lift (4 person only) for guests, staff and luggage resulting in long wait for lift. This wait further extended because of frequent power failure.Rooms were of 2star standard, towels were really bad. Salty water in bathroom. Geyser was not functioning properly, it was either hot water from both taps or cold water from both taps. For the breakfast initially the restaurant refused live counters for dosa, omelette etc for our guests, though it was part of the package. It was only after we raised the issue, they started live counters for our guests.

I stayed there for over a month. It's just okay. Rooms are good but amenities are not good. Like they have placed small refrigerator but that makes lot of noise and don't work. Out of 30 days hardly even a single day ac worked well. But food is good and the restaurant staf is good.

I have stayed here more than 10 times but for the past 3 months their services have become absolutely worst. No hot water in the bathroom, even for basics like towels we have to ask them. I’m never staying at this property again.

A very poor location with a third class neighborhood, broken road with full of dust. Pathetic rooms, dirty washroom, no running hot water in winters. Very bad experience

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
