        I recently stayed at Best Western Alkapuri and had a disappointing experience with their restaurant services. Despite being informed that the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM, when we arrived at 10:15 PM, we were told it was closed. The only option provided was room service, but there were no tables or chairs in the room for a proper dinner. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel lacked a complaint book, offering only a feedback form, which goes against legal norms for hotels. This experience impacted my stay negatively. Best part is they don't have any shift duty manager, being informed that he left for the day and moreover he refused to talk over phone

        Pathetic experience I stayed there from 20/Jan to 22 Jan. Break fast on 21 stwas horrible idli was left over of yesterday & simply served by steaming it again on that day. Chatni was rotten . They prepared chatni again when we pointed out but if your coconut it self is old and rotten then even if you make it again it will be smelling only. No bekery items were put on buffet table. When we asked for that they put 4-5 cookies there. At around 9am they opened one more counter for dosa but by that time more than 50 % of guests have finished breakfast I asked reception & restaurent staff to call restaurent manager to meet us but even after 3reminders &more than 2 hrs manager never appeared in front of us neither had telephonic talk also. No body is bothered about guests

        Rooms are well designed. All the basic things needed is present. Beautiful ambience. Also, not to forget, the front desk staff was very polite and kind. Would surely recommend.

        I stayed at regenta inn in november 2023 with family. I was on vacation. We enjoyed a lot our stay at this hotel. Hotel is nice and clean. room was nice with all amenities but little less spacious. Interior is classic. We booked two rooms one deluxe and second Superior. Superior room was not as big as we expected. My daughter loved the bed it was really cozy and comfortable. hotel is really awesome. flooring & walls are well decorated. Buffet type Breakfast was really delicious. both quality and quantity of food was good. There were lots of variety of food. so we enjoyed it as per individual choice. Dining area is the main attraction of the hotel. I can`t explain in words. Room service was fast and perfect. Reception was friendly & Staff cooperative. Check in and check out was smooth. we visited statue of unity one day. and two days we visited Baroda tourist places and our vaishnav haveli. we styed for three days and it was memorable.

        Title: Disappointing Experience at Regenta Inn Vadodara I recently had an unsatisfactory stay at Regenta Inn Vadodara, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The rooms left much to be desired, lacking in quality and comfort. The staff's trustworthiness was questionable, and the reception manager's communication skills were severely lacking. My disappointment reached its peak when I realized I had left my phone in room 546 on the morning of the 25th. Upon contacting the hotel, I was told that no mobile phone was found during the cleaning process. This raises serious concerns about the staff's honesty and responsibility. Considering my experience, I strongly advise potential visitors to exercise caution when choosing this hotel. There are likely better options nearby that prioritize guest satisfaction and the safety of personal belongings. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
