Delighted to have spent time at the hotel, where we experienced fantastic service, delectable cuisine, and well-maintained rooms. I would recommend the addition of tree hammocks to enhance the environmental feel. Additionally, it would be beneficial to inquire with customers in advance regarding buffet and breakfast services, especially if they have not booked these amenities during the initial reservation. The overall ambiance was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was very happy with my stay overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and comfortable. The beds are soft and the linens are fresh. I would like to thank Mr. Tariq for his excellent service at the hotel reception. He was very friendly and helpful, and he made our stay very enjoyable. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their hard work. They were all very friendly and helpful, and they made our stay very comfortable.

The location of the place is top notch. Found the service slightly strange as they kept reminding me that I have to pay for the in room dining service used well before checkout. If they had a different policy for payment of In room dining could have just informed me that while bringing the order. Asked for a hand towel which they didnt deliver. Asked for a dental kit and was again reminded of the in room dining charge. The property is much better than others in Mahabaleshwar with some good inhouse ammenities.

Experience was good. Hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. The only thing is there is no view from room. That is the reason I gave 4 star. But rest all is very good. Food, cleanliness, hospitality all were really good.

Staff is very polite.Property is quite huge.spacious ground n cleanliness is well maintained. We had tkn breakfast n dinner buffet..spread was not that great. Taste was just average. Not palatable. No options for Jain food..Not a great place for vegetarians.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
