Very nice hotel, excellent staff.... Tasty food. Hotel is under renovation and this they have already informed to all guests. So no room for complaints. I do recommend this hotel for your stay at Amritsar. It's straight road from here, if you are visiting Attari border.

Caution ⚠️⚠️- this is the last place anyone should stay in Amritsar. It's unsafe. I recently had booked for 2 nights as a solo traveler .. only to find the staff of the hotel sneakily fiddling with my doors lock from the outside while I was in my room. On threating the hotel staff along with the GM - Tarun n the HR Diksha,who are all hand in glove. After threatening them with cops which later came to the hotel ,we were shown the CC TV footage after repeatedly asking them.. we saw the staff fiddling with the lock at 7pm in th evenin. Plz don't go after th reasonable tariff of the hotel..ur safety in this hotel is compromised 100%. On insisting with the GM I was put up in another hotel on the night of the incident. Don't make the mistake of booking In any regenta property in Amritsar. It's unsafe for your belongings and urself as well.. if this incident can tak place at 7pm in the evening.. how can a person sleep here not knowing what may happen ????

I find this hotel suitable and comfortable that is why choose to stay here always. This time also it was comfortable but bathroom fittings and doors got old and did not have ease of use. Location wise it is very good, staffs are supportive and easy to approach. Food quality and taste was good but price is on little higher side. We got rooms 308, 309 and 310.

Stayed there for 2 days with family. First of all it is not a 4 star property. Lift was not working. Restaurant is in basement and room on 3rd floor. So everytime have to climb 4 floors with a kid. Food is good but expensive. Bathrooms and feel of the room is old. Construction is stil in progress so u get constant sound of hammer. There is dust all around because of ongoing construction. Very poor stay.

Totally disorganized . Rooms don't have proper wiring to switches. Many of the livh bulbs are fitted on one single switch. One single switch can turn your room in dark Shower partitions are not the right size . Water comes out on the bathroom floor. The fridge and room are stacked with food. They want to verify it when you check out and will make you wait at the front desk till some one goes in room to check. Absolute waste of time. BE CAREFUL THIS IS. THEIR WAY OF CHEATING YOU. On top of it the night staff on duty on Sept 15 was very rude.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
