The property offers a panoramic view along with an amazing view of Shimla, nice rooms, good food, 20 mins drive from ISBT and Shimla Railway station. Very helpful staff. The lawn is perfect for hanging out all day. The. Reception desk had arranged for a cab for dropping off.

“Couple friendly” I am writing this review because i am extremely happy with this hotel’s services I have been a traveller and stayed in quite few hotels in and outside the country as well , but my oh my i have many positives i can share about this hotel , When i arrived i was 2-3 hours early than the check-in time but the staff was super helpful they even upgraded my room from a non-balcony to a balcony one with a very beautiful view of Shimla city and facing the sunrise every morning was amazing We went to have lunch in their restaurant the first day while the reception took care of our luggage and readied the room for us Their buffet was delicious and full of variety. Their buffet carried different items every day and their staff would provide hot tea/coffee right away on request. Room service was great very clean room with enough space and their restrooms were new and luxurious. AC with heater and geyser was available and was in very good shape. Every time we had breakfast and dinner we could see a very nice view of Shimla city from the restaurant. Overall they made our stay in Shimla even more memorable and comfortable. I would recommend it to couples for sure , Mall road is just 20 minutes of drive from this hotel , this hotel is a value for money with great services and views. Most importantly they are way ahead in customer service and helping their customers even their security guards are nice and helpful. I would give it 11/10

The only good part about the hotel is the view and the 360 deg. Restaurant. A overall good stay but understaffed. Staff is good rooms are smelly .It's difficult to reach .Construction was going and they had to cut the water during the day. Value for Money but not the choice you would want to make paying the amount they charge.

My stay at Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"

Room was excellent but the food quality was very poor. The items we wanted to ordered nothing was available. Don't expect from such a good hotel not having food written in menu. Soup was the worst item i ate. Nothing available in non veg. Very much disappointed. I don't recommend to stay here and paying as much as 5k with no food

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
