Super fun 90s vintage vibes - the hotel reminded me of Pretty Woman. Though the finishes are a bit older, the hotel was impeccably maintained and beautiful. They have a gorgeous rooftop pool, huge gym (my boyfriend does power lifting and was very impressed) and rainfall showers. All the staff were extremely nice too, and gave us a free room upgrade. Breakfast is decent, with everything you need from fruits to porridge and fried rices. The location is good too, more quiet and less touristy area but close to the MRT (I think it’s 2 or 3 stops to Sukhumvit) and a 24 hour shopping centre with some amazing food. We also found a good clinic and laundromat in the area, all within walking distance of the hotel. We stayed at 4 hotels on our trip and this one was by far our favourite!

The Emerald Tower - A 4-star hotel located in the heart of Krung Thep - Very close to the Jodd Fair night market. - Features a rooftop swimming pool. - Equipped with bathtubs. - Spacious and beautiful lobby. - Clean and well-facilitated. - However, due to years of operation, some facilities may show signs of aging.

This place was chosen by the tour company as part of a group tour. It is empty and old and the ambience is not inviting. Buffet was very basic with eggs , ham, sausage, toast, plain congee and 3 stir fried dishes. Loss of a room key 500 Baht. The only upside is how close it was to a night market and 7-11 is right across the street.

can’t believe there are so many cockroaches in this hotel!! already saw one in my room on the first day of my stay, then the other two in the lobby’s toilet. lol and the floor of the room is so dirty

Lots of international dishes, the quality is good and delicious the main buffet restaurant of the hotel, if you love fancy buffet please come here highly recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
