I recently Stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. I Checked in at night around 10.30 PM due to flight delay and the warm welcome at check-in procedures so late during night time was very quick as well. Food was kept ready for me so that i would have proper sleep after my hectic travel. The rooms were Neat and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The hotel's amenities were also in good condition. Only issue i felt was it is missing signage board on road so that you would reach hotel properly. I recently stayed at Regenta Resort Exotica Dharamshala on Hilltop, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the property itself had its merits, several aspects of my stay were far from satisfactory. On a positive note, the property itself was well-maintained, offering a pleasant environment with good amenities. However, the remote location of the hotel posed a significant inconvenience, making it challenging to access nearby easily. This aspect negatively impacted the overall convenience of my stay. One glaring issue was the absence of a first aid kit in the resort. It's essential for any hospitality establishment to prioritize guest safety by providing basic medical provisions. Unfortunately, the lack of a first aid kit was a notable oversight during my stay. The hygiene in the bathrooms was another major concern. Despite notifying the staff about smelly toilets, there was no improvement. This oversight significantly affected the overall comfort of my accommodation. The service in the dining area was perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The staff exhibited a lack of interest and responsiveness. Not only were they unenthusiastic about serving food, but they also failed to take proper orders. Even when orders were placed, they were either not served or served incorrectly. The overall attitude of the dining staff left much to be desired, and it felt like they were not committed to providing a positive dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff's impeccable service stood out especially sandeep ji helped a lot , making my experience truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Ageing property but very well maintained. Everything works as it should. Location gives panoramic view of whole Dharamshala and more. Staff is courteous, reasonable and honest. Food at the restaurant was tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. They even called me in my room to check if I will use restaurant one night as it was getting closer to closing time. I guess little bit of renovation may take this one to exceptional level.

Very worst hotel. rooms and service Were not good at all after paying such a large amount. The staff was not obeying orders. The led line and door lock were not working. The extra bed for the children not having a bed only fome sheet on floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
