We stayed gor 2 days here and the stay was amazing. Hotel is located on the outside of city so no traffic and the rooms were also very nice. They have 2 pools and one is for kids and one is for adults and pool was clean and nice. The service of hotel staff and the restaurant was very nice. Overall a very good stay and you will enjoy your time there.

Rooms were excellently Decorated, likely to feel Rajasthani style. But the staff are very rude and strict with the policy. We had taken 3 rooms, I just wanted to have a late checkout of 2-3 hrs of just 1 room and only 1 of my brothers would need to stay because of some important office work. The rest of us were having a safari tour, but the staff didn't allow it.

Horrible experience with food and service. We made a call and requested for early check in, over the call it was told to us it is available for early check-in. We drove 3 hours to reach hotel but room was not available. It was told to us to have lunch in meantime the room will be available. Hotel restaurant was closed but front desk guided to have lunch there. With multiple search one person took our order, plates has hairs, floating dust in water, no napkins or proper service of food was done. It took us to get the room after 2 hours, but bedsheets and pillows has multiple hairs on it. It said online 24 hours available but restaurant time in hotel has very minimal and restricted time. So far unsatisfied and worst experience to stay in this hotel. There is ranthambore choppati near by which saved our day, amazing and clean food.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to Mr. Rajesh and Mr.Salman. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The staff's professionalism, combined with their warm hospitality, created a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding guest experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
