A wonderful outing hotel with game zone on second basement, small hall with dining area on first basement, ground floor as reception counter & dining area, four floors with rooms to stay, banquet hall on fifth floor and pool+terrace on sixth floor. It also has a lawn area for wedding or reception party. Few room's washroom doors are without latches or locks. Overall experience was very good with their delicious food and mouth watering juices & mojitos.

The ambience was really good, staff friendly n courteous and the food served was very delicious and tasty.overall an amazing n comfortable stay.will definitely recommend my friends for their visits. Excellent location and a1 service.They talk so politely and the rooms are so clean luxury's .There is such a good swimming pool on the top floor . The location was so beautiful and worth seeing , especially on the top floor. Also if you request something than it would instantly come in 2-3 mins.Then if we talk about the food then it is so good and has all kinds of foods you wish for. The money of the food is 100 percent worth.So if you are planning any hotel near Lonawala then you should go to Regenta and it is worth spending so much money for this hotel.

There was a slight delay in our check-in but the staff happily upgraded our room even on a busy & packed weekend. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, sanitary bathrooms and prompt response to any room service. The only issue was not having the receptions number noted anywhere in the room. The breakfast has a wide variety with a live dosa counter and while they say it's open till 10, they usually extend it at least till 10:30. The rooftop pool is simply amazing, being clean and huge. The staff near the pool was also kind and helpful getting us towels and helping with photos. The checkout was also pushed back at no surcharge. Great stay

Room was superb....we had a great time over here ..food was great.. especial grateful to nikhil Mishra security manager for providing such a wonderful hospitality.. Game zone,swimming pool area,all over here was very neat n clean.highly recommended for staycation over here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
