We stayed in a Standard Non AC Room which was decent, neat and clean. Property do have safe, inside parking. Good choice for family vacation.

Good hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The caretaker Ishwar is very helpful. It's just a minutes walk away from the beach. There's space for car and bike parking.

Good place to stay in Goa south (Patnem). I was there during the monsoon season so there was some humidity in the room. It was a big room with one double bed and one individual bed, a fridge and private bathroom with hot water. Everything was pretty clean. Recomended!

We had to catch a night bus at Canacona, so we decided to check in for 9 hours at Regina. We were provided Room #3. Here is a quick summary of our stay - Rooms offer great value for the price we paid - Cleanliness could be improved, table fan was extremely dirty - Room has a mini kitchen and wash basin - Bathroom was clean and had hot water access - Room wasn't ready even though we informed them in advance at 11:30 a.m. , it took until 12:45 p.m. to check in - There is a sitout section with 2 chairs outside the room - 2 drying stands are provided inside and outside the room - There is a double bed and single bed provided in the rooms (for 3 people) - Located about 600 meters away from Patnem beach - There is a nearby flea market - Plenty of hotels and cafes in the vincinity - No AC in the garden rooms, 1 ceiling fan, and 1 table fan is provided. - No Television in the garden rooms - Wifi is provided but extremely slow - Caretaker Ishwar wasn't very helpful especially when we had big heavy bags and he didn't offer to help carry even 1 despite us waiting in the hot sun due to the delayed check-in Overall, I suppose due to the price we pay, its decent value. The biggest improvement would come in the form of cleanliness, it's not about asking the room to be cleaned but first impressions. Due to its close proximity to the beach, it's a good place to stay but there are several things to improve. Despite the shortcomings, I'll rate the place 4 stars, simply because it has the best value among other places in the area.

We stayed in the cottage but aren't really happy as the pictures show neat and cleanliness but the balcony area is not hygienic and there are lot of mosquitoes. The kettle provided in the room is not even washed and cleansed. Overall not happy with the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
