They do not have proper info to share with their guests. I inquired if kids are allowed at sky bar , they told on weekdays kids are permitted but not on weekends, but when I reached there to celebrate my anniversary my entire mood was spoilt as they then said kids are not allowed at roof top area. And we only went because of the view . Else there are other good places as well for fine dining. Atleast tell your staff to be well aware of the policies. There’s no accountability. I spoilt my special day because of them today .

its the worst place to visit it was my wedding anniversary on 26th jan we booked the table in advance but they asked us to first visit the 3rd floor then 16th floor and the 16th floor staff was so rude you cant sit here you cant to do this and then they sent us on 14th floor and there also we were almost denied and they said the buffet is closed oder something else we ordered a half non veg plater i got so sick after that i was vomiting for that night and i was able to see blood in those chicken peaces while vomiting .

Reception service is terrible. Been trying to make a reservation at L14 but main reception hardly ever attends the call. When they do finally pick up they simply transfer it through to reservation desk without even ensuring that the call gets attended. Ultimately nobody picks up at reservation desk and the call gets disconnected. Nobody even bothers to call back. Seems to be a common occurrence because several people I know say that they have faced similar situation at Renaissance. 21st December 8.15 p.m.

Can’t even expect how a five star property can treat their guests like this. Very rude and unprofessional staff, they are not at all polite, manager shouting at me and the reception is being handled by newbies or interns who are very unprofessional and if you complain then they will share their personal problems and on the other hand a event team manager from L14 with the name of Bibhor is very rude and arrogant. The calls of L14 are never received. Worst place to visit as the staff will only ignore you and treat you like you’re a peasant. Staff to manager everyone is unprofessional. Management team of the hotel and restaurant is only cutting down their guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
