I checked a lot of hotels online before booking this one and it turned out to be worth it. The location is amazing it’s on the higher side and hence you have view of entire Mussoorie from your room. The rooms are good and special shout out to the uninterrupted hot water!! The heater in the rooms are saviour and keeps the room warm and cozy. Our check in was smooth and hassle free. Special thanks to Saloni for her service and hospitality. Highly recommended when in Mussoorie.

Excellent location and very good restaurant service with great food. Special mention on Saloni. Outstanding customer care. A nice old British era property. However the rooms were a bit lacking. Also not a very senior friendly hotel as no ramps or lifts. Wouldn't call the room facilities as 4 star. More like 3 star.

Have a great wonderful stay renest mussoorie. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Mostly friendly and helpful f&b staff ever, lovely and great first and best impression of hotel. I specially mentioned few names saloni, ashish Or rishi. Food was good and great It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. 😇😇😇🙂🙂 I surely visit again this property with my friends and family🥰🥰😍😍

The property is located at high altitude that gives you an amazing view and make you fall for this place specially at night the view is mesmerising. Very clean and spacious room with good services of the staff. They got a gaming zone having snooker and table tennis that give you a leisure time. Overall experience is good.

Amazing property in the mussoorie. The view was just amazing the whole mussoorie night lights underneath and the Himalayas in the morning. The location is a bit tricky only plan if you have good driving skills or a good driver. Don't forget to wake up early to experience the sunrise. Food is tasty, healthy and of best quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
