Our three-day stay at Renest exceeded expectations. The spacious, well-maintained rooms provided a comfortable haven. The hotel's family-friendly ambiance extended beyond rooms, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were promptly met. Conveniently located for city exploration. The overall experience was delightful, making Renest an excellent choice for families seeking a memorable and cozy retreat. Highly recommended!

Extremely good experience. We stayed during October 2023. The reception staff were very warm and helpful. We chose this hotel for its value for budget given it's a river view property. And the room was very cozy, had heating, shaving mirror, bathtub and other standard amenities. The only drawback I faced was the bathtub was not that maintained and there was no hot water available at night. Don't know why. And yes, television sets can be upgraded. But the rest of the stay was very good. It also has a very good restaurant, and am extremely grateful to the restaurant to arrange my special veg food for two days on Navratri. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

We had planned this trip weeks in advance and Mr Rajat was very cooperative all the way. Post an initial hiccup at the property, our stay was beyond expectations. I am very particular about food and this was a solid plus point here. The pizzeria is a great experience for kids, the non-veg Indian main course was tasty and the breakfast had ample items to pick from. Our endless requests at breakfast was always taken care of. In terms of transportation, I hate the mall road due to lack of parking but this place is just 2km away and getting a cab or auto was easy for us. Overall, the value for money quotient was awesome and 11 of us (3 families) had a wonderful time at Renest

It's always great to stay in this hotel. This is my third time. Every stuff and members are very helpful. They are always eager to help. Food and ambience are lovely. dinner and brekfast are always plus point where you can eat yummy and testy food. hotal management and each stuff are very humbal. if you are looking for very good place to stay with family friends. this should be your first option

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
