The rooms are good and spacious. They have the vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner. Room service was okay. Water Bottle they ll give only 2 for 1 day if you need further you have to pay. Basic essentials they have to provide on free of cost. A lot of maintenance & improvements are needed to keep their standard high.

Hi , I would like to highlight the few improvements required on cleaning and hygiene on beds. Last year I stayed in same hotel that was a good experience and based on this I have booked the hotel without checking any other options. Moreover, I have booked for sparrow room and after the room check out , I have been asked to pay charges for extra bed. Also while booking I asked the booking agent whether any charges are there or not. Thanks for support provided so far..

Amazing customer service. The front desk staff is super awesome and helpful. They extended my checkout time when requested and didn't charge me anything extra for it. Rooms are super awesome with mind-blowing Jacuzzis and pretty comfortable bed. I strongly recommend this unique property to be atleast visited once. Worth the cost spent

Our family of around 11 members went for dinner and they took so long for service more 1 hr though we were the only customers in the hotel. They served rotten chicken , and curd rice direct from deep freezer, no food items were fresh. Though staff agreed to replace,not even a single item/drink tasted good or eatable. Food was not worth the price they gave very less quantity. And they even added a 14+9% of sgst. Which added upto ₹191/- which wasn't a compulsion tax. Also the parking staff was very rude.

We booked two rooms, both had central air conditioners but they were noisy all night/throughout the stay. The shower wasn’t working properly and the breakfast is below average- had to wait long for tea cups, tea to be filled up, long wait for instant dosa with very little masala in the masala dosa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
