The only good thing is the location of the hotel. Other than that, the room is terrible! Completely untidy. I've been traveling for 5 months and this was one of the 2 worst nights I've had. It's impossible to lock the room, the sliding doors don't lock. The shower can barely produce a drip of water, absolutely terrible. All night we itched in the bed. The air conditioning doesn't work. It was unbearably hot, not to mention the power outage from midnight until midday that I couldn't stay in the room it was so hot and awful. The staff were nice and tried to seem willing to help but this place has a lot to improve from the ground up. Additionally, it's very expensive for the shocking room you get. In short - I do not recommend staying there.

The Location of the hotel is the best and the only thing good at this place. The rooms are not maintained well. the toilets is licking and there is no proper shower and hot shower is not even an option. There is not an option to lock the room so we were with our belongings all the time. We stayed in the place for 2 nights that were too long. In the first night there was an electricity shutdown that length all day long, the heat was unbearable and the staff said that it is for just for some minutes were all the day. After the second night we just escaped to another place. Sadly we thought it will be our place to relax for a good vacation but it became a disaster.

Location is amazing on the beach. Otherwise rooms r hell. No water in bathroom. Broken toilet. No proper locking system of doors. Horrible staff. Food very expensive in restaurant n there was no one to hear your complaint. They don't even give water to drink.

The cottages were very good. Spacious green compound. On the beach and 5 min to the central market street. The staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was amazing. Very relaxed vibe all day but with quick service. Friendly, pleasant staff and very easy to talk to if you fancy a conversation. Especially Hari Krishan. Thanks everyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
