I'll start by mentioning the staff. Everyone from reception to porters to the team at the cafe/bar were friendly & on-point. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable too, sitting out on the balcony of an evening was so chilled out! The poolside area & swim-up bar are great places to relax & the beach is merely a stones-throw away. Food & drink is reasonably priced & the portions are very generous - order the noodles & You'll see what I mean! See you again next year.

This is a good place to stay for families or couples. Clean rooms, super fast room service, nicely designed facilities aka swimming pool, lawns. Totally worth the price you pay. One letdown for me was the street size - the way to enter the resort is unbelievably small. I know it’s not the resort fault but such a good place should have a decent entrance.

Very professionally managed resort. I and my family had an awesome experience. Clean pools and rooms. Morning breakfast is amazing with both continental and Indian food. I highly recommend the onsite spa and massage. The therapists are very well trained. Nominal prices too.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, they delayed providing our room, which was only the beginning of numerous issues. The room itself was disgustingly dirty, and the overall service was abysmal. The receptionist displayed rude behavior, and to make matters worse, someone entered my room without permission. The food quality was subpar. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay. This hotel is not worth your time or money.

Yeah the rooms were average at best, service was also average, food was good well it was above average!! The place is very close to the beach and hence a lot of foreign people who like roaming around the beach all the time visit. Also don't go for water sports at Baga beach as they will take you to the sea and on the boat will ask for extra money for every sport or else the normal ones without paying extra are mediocre ones and far from getting you the excitement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
