The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff is really friendly . The only concern is cleaning services, towels were not provided on time, bathroom mats were not changed until requested , sheets were not changed every day. Rest everything was amazing, breakfast was superb and the highlight is the traditional folk musical program on Friday. Just loved the vibes of Rajasthani folk dance performance

Its a beautiful place. The rooms are really spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people at a time the food is realky good i did not opt for the breakfast but the other meals were really delicious the hotel is close to the market and the beach walking distance be precise must visit place really affordable

Food was very nice and there was various options. Of course it is a good and neat place to stay in , under the Rs.5000 range. Beach in the walkable distance. But the place seemed more to be a hotel experience , than a resort. Personally I did not like the location, as the place is crowded all the time, and there is no peaceful environment, and there are not many non veg restaurant options nearby.

With an exception of the room n location everything else is pathetic. The staff is rude and lacks basic courtesy. Breakfast is bad ,as if they are serving stale n leftover food. Even the tea is bad there. Services are extremely poor. Avoid this hotel

We went as a group and had booked 3 rooms. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is decent. Food ordered separately is cooked very well. They serve fresh food and prepare the dishes only after order is placed.Only issue is dampness caused due to humidity.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
