Rooms: Rooms are spacious & luxurious. Bathrooms are excellent & you will have no complaints about the overall maintenance of the rooms. Just one minus point though. The sofa-cum-bed in the room is very very uncomfortable. It is not in one proper level which means sleeping on it, is literally impossible. Food: Food is tasty & delicious (except one dinner night when the chicken has no taste at all). The buffet spread (both for breakfast & dinner) is just about enough. Not too small & not too expansive. Service: Service is really good. Staff is polite, well trained & very responsive. Full marks here Location: Most convenient location. Immediately on the left after the main Lonavala road. Bang opposite a famous restaurant called OVEN FRESH Overall a good experience!

Nice resort to visit with family. Hospitality is good. Food spread in Dinner and breakfast is decent. Don't miss evening tea with yummy snacks served at live counters. They keep kids engaged in evening with some family activities. Value for money. Room sizes are really good

The room was ok, but a lot of details were lacking (phone didn't work, menu was missing, incredible number of unintuitive light switches, no furniture on terrace...). Overall the hotel felt a bit dingey walking around, with a strange layout (eg regularly walking through places where staff seemed to be), and breakfast was chaotically laid out and too busy.

Rhythm Lonavala is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior with a warm hospitality. Excellent Location. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. Special Thanks to Mr. Asif who upgraded our room without extra cost. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs (Value for Money). The food served there is very delicious and also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. I was there for my daughter's First Birthday, and it was memorable. As a whole I had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

The gym is basic and good, a good library space near reception, sufficient parking space. One of the few properties that have hard mattress available on request although limited numbers.activity area is t as appealing, it's an open multi purpose court. All staff is courteous

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
