The hotel was mediocre at best – neither exceptional nor terrible. The food lacked flavor, and the staff's behavior was disappointing; they could benefit from significant training. The rooms were not adequately clean, and the overall service was subpar. Despite a cooperative manager and reception, the rest of the staff fell short. Improvement is needed in various aspects, including cleanliness, service quality, and staff training. For those seeking a more satisfying experience, exploring other options might be advisable. Overall, an average stay with room for substantial enhancement in various aspects of the hotel's operations.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and my kid...we really enjoyed our vacation here and my kid also...it's a very quiet and kid friendly hotel.... very polite staff here and service was awesome...food was very tasty here...and the manager in this hotel was a very mature person..and the front office lady was also very helpful with us.... overall experience was good.

Worst Experience, 3rd Class Substandard Hotel. We recently visited and stayed there for 2 nights.It was a horrible experience. I wish I could give a big zero star to them. 1) there is no proper timing of hot water. 2) stinky room, not cleaned properly 3)stains on bed sheet, pillow. 4) Staffs are useless, careless, non responsive. 5)Worst food quality. 6) I have never seen pilow with a thickness of a mountain. Couldn't sleep properly, had to sleep without pilow finally. In my case the bathroom window was a see through glass. Mine was Room no 204. I checked it was clearly visible from the right side balcony. It was very weird. I had put a pillow cover to cover the window. Better stay in your Car even in an emergency but don't book that hotel even for 1 night stay. And please don't believe the overhyped 5 star ratings. I have only one word for this hotel = 3rd class Worst .

The worst hotel we had experienced so far during our trip to Uttarakhand Kumaon. Although the hotel looks decent from outside but doesn't have any maintenance from inside. Even the stuffs were also not professional. Below are few points that I would like to highlight. 1. We had booked 2 rooms through Colors of India tours and travels. But when we reached hotel in evening they made us waited almost for 1hr saying there is only 1 room booked. It was due to some miscommunication from their head office side. Lastly they gave us 2 rooms after lots of discussion. 2. Both rooms were untidy. Bath towel, bed sheet, comforter, blanket were having stains. Intercom was not functional. One room bathroom lock was broken, bathroom window was clear visible toward the outside hotel. So had to put a towel to guard that. Electric kettle was not clean, had rust from inside. After requesting to change it they did it but the replacement was also not working. Then again had to complain to change it. 3. Hot water supply as per hotel norms was morning 6-10am and evening 7-10pm. But it was very irregular. Everytime we had to call them that hot water is not coming through tap. After throwing 4-5 buckets of cold water then only hot water comes through the tap. 1st day morning there was only hot water supply and normal water was not coming from all other taps. So again had to complain the caretaker. He came and checked and fixed that. After that got normal water. 4. Food taste was average. 1st day all food was cold, even the roti was cold and some were half cooked. So overall we had a very bad experience here. I will not recommend this hotel. They charge high but doesn't give that experienc. So in that price one can get a very good hotel near the Nainital lake. This hotel even doesn't have a good view. Also it is 1-1.5 km away from the Mall Road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
