        1. Unprofessional anti customer staff. No sympathy or respect for customers. Hotels are not only about rooms and facility and cool interior but also about hospitality. This place is worst in terms of hospitality. My parents reached there early, I had already asked for early check-in despite that they made them wait for 2 hours and kept on harping about early check-in charges. Although my parents had to also leave early, so they were checking out early too the same day, as part of kindness and hospitality they should have not charged them any early-check-in charges. Given my parents room would be available for another customer for early check-in the next day, which was already paid by us, the hotel will be charging another customer early check-in charges making double the money. So you see, how greedy and obnoxious this is, especially if you start haggling with the customer over early check-in charges. The chef and restaurant staff however was nice and kind. And the food was really good.

        An exceptionally good hotel. Rooms are of good size having all necessary amenities.Good quality toiletries are provided in the Wash room. Breakfast served is adequate. Behavior of staffs in all departments like Front desk, Housekeeping and Room service are all exemplary.I stayed in Premier Ivy Room no206 during 2nd to8th November. My only suggestions are: 1) Room flooring has become old and a bit worn out and needs change. 2) Quality of Fruits given in breakfast should be checked beforehand. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to all the staff and management.

        Room has centralized AC, so even you keep high temp it will be cold. I think, they have kept small gyser, so we get only 3-4 ltr of hot water only.

        We had arranged a marriage registration at the restaurant and a ring ceremony at the banquet hall over there recently. There was excellent arrangements on both the days. We must appreciate especially Mr Aryan Chawla and Sandip for their efforts to make it a grand success. Thanks Aryan.

        Unusual smell in the hallway/lounge area. No working Wi-Fi Location is beside GST bhavan and close to VFS Global office, Kolkata Breakfast was satisfactory.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
