One the great find to stay . Best part the hospitality is excellent to an extend that on Auto strike day due to emergency the staff took me on their two wheeler- rarely you come across such a help. Staff is excellent and at your service. Great location with quite ambience and still in vicinity to all the must visit places ( mentioned below). Kids and family place. Overall I recommend this place to everyone travelling to Amritsar.

Good Stay at Hotel Ritz plaza. Location of hotel is good, it is on Mall road and easily accessible. Hotel clearly visible from road. This is old hotel built in 1963 and maintained well till date. It has a good parking space under shed. When entered I see trucks parked inside and think some go-down or warehouse is also running from this location, but after enquirer I found these trucks for airline food and this hotel kitchen provide food to airlines. Check-in was very smooth. I booked this hotel for one night with breakfast for our self and two kids. At reception they provide all details of your stay. We stayed in 1st floor , room is big. It has all amenities , running hot water, four bottles of drinking water, electric kettle etc. Room has a mini fridge which is empty. Room is old but properly maintained. They proved a separate bed without any extra cost. Kids enjoyed a lot usually busy with cartoons. We choose breakfast in our pack, it was very good. It has not many options from north Indian , south Indian. There is both veg and non-veg options. We choose only veg. Puri and aloo di sabzi is very tasty. Staff is very good found no negative point. Good budget hotel Food has 10/10 rating. Hotel has 10/10 rating. Location 10/10.

Location is good, with good parking space but they really need to work on Bathrooms maintenance .we were asked to pay for faulty bathroom fitting as if we have broken the same , this is not a good hospitality. When we asked for repair it was not done . Morning breakfast has options but it was not hot and serving time is very slow. These things needs to be

Big 3 star hotel. Situated at posh area. Neat, clean and spacious rooms. They needs to change TV sets. Staff is very friendly and respectful towards customers. Easy to reach hotel . I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

This is not a good place to stay these reviews saying it's best are bot they have bought it. And most of the things in the room were not working. The mattress and bathrooms is not clean. When we were about to sleep and opened the room there was lizard and that lizard came to our bed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
