Rojani is simply awesome. Their tents are neat and clean and beautifully decorated, even location wise it is very well situated. You can see desert without bushes just opposite thier camp as it is suitable to watch sunrise and sunset. It is also a kid and family friendly resort. But nothing can compare their services. Too good service, whenever and whatever we asked for it was provided. All the staffs are so well behaved and welcoming. Food was also good. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay. Will recommend everyone.

It was just the BEST part of our trip! We had opted for Swiss tent.... The stay was comfortable and good. The staff is very polite and accessible most of the time. No need of reminders! Camel ride n jeep safari was toooooo good we enjoyed the sunset! There is a series of cultural events that takes place for more than 3 hours and it's commendable the artists perform continuously one by one, folk songs n traditional dances n some glimpse of fire art.... Then it's full music and u can dance on the floor and enjoyyyyyyyy . Food was awesome and good varieties served. Next time we plan to stay for more than 2 days!😊

Overhyped for the price they charge. It appears that they overcharge you if they know you're not a local. We were charged 11,000 rupees for a jeep ride through the dunes, camel ride for 2, entry to Rajasthani folk entertainment, and dinner buffet. The jeep ride was less than 30 minutes, the camel ride also about 20 minutes, entertainment was great, but the food was subpar. The conditions of the entertainment and food area were quite unhygienic and people were smoking hookah right next to us. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. We tried to negotiate the rate before we went on the excursion, but they rushed us to get into the jeep before we could. Overall, an okay experience, but I wouldn't even pay half of what we actually paid. Do your research and negotiate on the price. Additional important note: the resort folks guilt-tripped me and my family into taking down this review by indirectly threatening to take business away from my driver (my driver receives commission for bringing customers to them). I did take down my review to defuse tension then, but I hold firm in my feedback, especially after this sour experience of their inability to take feedback. I hope the resort can take this feedback into consideration and improve the experience in the future.

Resort was very nice and location was also good. Service was extra ordinary. Food quality was also good and for gujarati pepole they are serving food as per requirment Special thanks to gajju bhai and iqbal bhai. Overall very nice resort and service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
