I was looking to stay at this hotel but the customer to whom I contacted 2 days before I was about to check-in was not soft spoken. I wanted to book a room in this hotel but due to that person at the reception I stayed at Avenue hotel. When I called reception to confirm my booking he cut my call saying you have lot of time so no need to call now. This is not the right way to speak with customers. I was hoping to stay at this hotel but was quite disappointed by team. Otherwise this hotel is awesome for staying even for longer time as this is located at prime location.

The behaviour of all the staff members are excellent. Room Service is excellent. There is scope of improvement in rooms. However, feeling like coming to this hotel whenever I come to Kolkata specially for the sweet behaviour of the staff members.

It was pleasant staying there. Room and washroom were old, not like the modern rooms you see today, but that's okay to consider this being quite an old building. Staffs were very generous, did room service whenever we required, brekfast was not very appealing, but was okay for me considering I stay for just a night.

My four-day stay at Roland Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The amenities and services provided here are truly top-notch and undoubtedly worth the price. The staff's warm hospitality made our stay memorable; they were always on their toes, ensuring we received the best possible service. The food's quality and quantity were impeccable, and the room services were exemplary, contributing to a delightful staycation as a guest. Rooms were neat and clean. Service was fast. Staffs at front desk were incredibly helpful and professional. Overall, great place to stay while visiting the city of Joy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
