It's a perfect combination of a 5-star hotel and a homestay. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, tv, electric kettle, and electric heating blanket. The bathroom is huge, clean, with an amazing shower, and all necessary amenities. The staff are courteous and receptive. Our waiter even remembered how we like our eggs and choice of juice the next day. They have good views and huge fruit bearing trees for you to explore.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are great with amazing views. The location however is another story, it's very secluded, and the approach isn't great, no nearby cafe's or restaurants, and the food at this facility tastes great, however, it's a little expensive. Other than that, it's an excellent property for a quiet weekend getaway.

Stayed for a weekend at Ramgarh Vatika with family. View from every balcony is spectacular. Complete staff is very helpful and trained to make you comfortable during your stay. The place is pet friendly so we didn't have to worry about our dog. Though there's no cafe or restaurant nearby but the food they serve at Ramgarh Vatika is fantastic too so you don't have to worry. Would definitely visit again!

My stay here was absolutely amazing. Everything here is great. The location of the property is fantastic, with a great view of the valley. The rooms are cozy, and equipped with all necessities. The beds are comfortable, and even the room offers a great view. The bathrooms are hygenic and well maintained , and have all amenities required. The restaurant serves really delicious food, and the coffee, paneer butter masala, and chilli paneer are a must try. The sports lounge/room is equipped with a projector, Bluetooth speakers as well as various indoor games and board games like monopoly, carrom, uno etc. The projector ensured a great viewing experience of the cricket match. The ambiance and interior of the property are very aesthetic. The staff is courteous, and tends to all your specific needs. The highlight is the lobby, which offers a mesmerising view of the valley. Waking up to that view and enjoying a cup of tea in the lobby was truly amazing. Overall i had a marvellous time. This place is definitely worth the visit. For a leisurely time with your family and your pet, this is the Go-To place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
